Congrats to the Young Ambassadors of GETfest who launched the Cariwest 2k9 Festival entry, for the Movements Dance Company. Their hard work resulted in a first place victory for their Carnival theme “Pirates of the Caribbean”.
Special thanks to our co-chairs Natalie and Richelle for a job well done! Kudos to the group: Brian, Daniel, Lisa, Medgine, Nina, Pheadra, Sarah and Tamecah.
The group also initialized the planning for the upcoming Walk/Run fundraiser that will be held next Spring.
